Academic Programming
The Academic Programming Sub-Board is responsible for creating opportunities for Georgetown students to engage with international relations outside of the classroom through a variety of events. In recent semesters, Sub-Board members have organized coffee chats with professors on topics ranging from peacekeeping to Latin American migration. Academic Programming has also organized site visits to the Embassies of Guatemala, Portugal, and Colombia, and does pre-professional programming to support students looking to pursue a career in international relations. Sub-board members are encouraged to use Academic Programming as a platform to explore their interests and create cross-cultural and interdisciplinary connections.
